Meet Managing Director Chris Radin and the corporate leadership team that help keep things moving at Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres.
Chris Radin was appointed to the role of Managing Director, Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres (Aust) Pty Ltd in 2018 overseeing Wholesale and Retail operations for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Goodyear, Chris held the role of Managing Director for STIHL Australia. In this role, he was able to transition STIHL Australia from a dealer-led to a sales-led and retail centric organization. He developed the strategic sales and marketing plan which was successful in growing retails stores, revenues, market share and profitability significantly. He joined STIHL in 2010, and he was subsequently promoted to the Managing Director role in 2012. Chris brings with him rich Retail and Sales and Marketing experience from his previous career in STIHL, Coates Hire and Crown Equipment.
VICE PRESIDENT, CONSUMER AND WHOLESALE
Lou Mandanici currently oversees the consumer business unit and wholesale operations model, leading the multi-brand and product distribution strategies across Australia and New Zealand. The role covers a mix of company-owned, franchised, licenced retail networks and trade partner channels to market. Lou joined Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres in 1987 and has over 29 years of experience in the tyre industry working across various functions of finance, sales, franchising, supply chain, product and marketing. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from RMIT University and is also an active member and advocate of the Tyre Stewardship Australia.
VICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIAL
Peter Stacker is responsible for Australia and New Zealand's commercial product business unit and business development function via incremental growth opportunities. Peter has over 40 years of experience within the tyre industry and has held senior leadership roles in HR, franchising, retail store operations, marketing and product throughout Asia Pacific regions. Peter has two post graduate degrees including a Business Management degree from Melbourne University and a Personnel and Industrial Relations degree from Swinburne University. Peter is also an active member of the Melbourne University Alumni.
VICE PRESIDENT, RETAIL
Rob Lewis joined Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres in 2014 to oversee the Beaurepaires retail network including all aspects of business strategy, sales, retail operations, property management, franchising, business development and financial management. Prior to joining Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres, Rob worked in senior executive leadership roles in Asia and ANZ markets leading retail networks within consumer durables categories including electronics, whitegoods and furniture. Rob brings more than 30 years of experience in retail leadership, business strategy and portfolio management. Rob is an active member of the Australian Retail Professionals group.
DIRECTOR, RETAIL OPERATIONS
Scott Bennett joined Goodyear Dunlop in 2007. In this time, Scott has worked across the finance, supply chain, and retail functions. Prior to his current role as Beaurepaires Retail Operations Director, Scott worked as the Supply Chain Director. Before joining Goodyear Dunlop Scott held executive positions with Repco, the Distribution Group and Stratcorp Consulting. Scott holds a Masters of Business Administration (University of New South Wales) as well as marketing and human movement degrees. Scott aspires to ride the 1928 Tour De France course on a bike with original Dunlop tyres, following the footsteps of New Zealand veteran, Harry Watson.
SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
Tim is responsible for legal and compliance matters for the Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres Australian and New Zealand markets. Tim has significant experience overseeing legal requirements for organisations, with previous appointments in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and private practice sectors. Tim holds honours degrees in Law and Finance from Monash University and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
DIRECTOR SUPPLY CHAIN
Tina is responsible for supply chain at Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres Australia. Tina has over 15 years leadership & supply chain management experience in the FMCG sector, having worked in both Australia & Shanghai for Decathlon, Heinz, Pepsi, L’Oréal & Unilever. In her spare time, Tina enjoys cricket , symphony & spending time with family. Tina holds a Diploma in International Trade, double degrees in Accounting & Information Technology and also a Certified Supply Chain Professional by APICS.
HR DIRECTOR ANZ
Andrea oversees the People function for the Australia & New Zealand markets across all channels as the HR Director. This includes Business Partnering, Environment, Health and Safety, Talent Management, Recruitment, HR Operations and Compensation and Benefits. Andrea brings extensive human resources experience from multinational businesses across the retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and agribusiness sectors. She holds a Grad Diploma in HR/IR from RMIT University.
