Lou Mandanici

LOU MANDANICI

General Manager ANZ

Lou Mandanici has over 35 years of experience in the Australasian tyre industry. Lou’s time in the industry has seen him hold a wide range of roles across finance, sales, franchising, supply chain, product management and marketing.

Putting his breadth of experience to good use, Lou currently holds the role of General Manager ANZ, overseeing Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres’ end-to-end operations within Australia and New Zealand.

The diversity and extensiveness of Lou’s experience brings a unique perspective to understanding the challenges and opportunities facing the tyre industry and how it continues to evolve.

Lou understands the importance of environmental responsibility and the role that all businesses within the tyre industry play regardless of whether they operate as a; manufacturer, importer, distributor, wholesaler, retailer, tyre recycler or those defining future technologies of the industry.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University, is a Director of Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres (Aust) Ltd, Total Tyres Australia Pty Ltd and Goodyear & Dunlop (NZ). Lou also holds the role of non-executive Director of Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA) and the Australian Tyre Industry Council Ltd, as well as sitting on the TSA Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

 

VIKASH PILLAY

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR ANZ

Vikash joined Goodyear in July 2015 as the Financial Controller for the Asia Pacific Off The Highway business, and was promoted to the role of Finance Director for Indonesia in 2018 before becoming the Financial Director for ANZ in 2022. Vikash has over 15 years’ experience with the Big 4 (PwC) in IFRS/USGAPP assignments, managing senior stakeholders, managing shared service functions, budgeting/forecasting and talent management. Vikash has a proven record in delivering results and he has a hunger for continuous improvement. Vikash is responsible for providing commercial and strategic financial support, analysis, planning and reporting for the ANZ business. He is passionate about adding value to the business by leveraging off the significant experience gained at PwC & Goodyear through working with businesses with varying challenges and complexity.

Jeremy Hill 

JEREMY HILL

MARKETING DIRECTOR ANZ

Jeremy Hill joined Goodyear Dunlop Tyres in January 2021 as Marketing Director for the Australian & New Zealand business. In his role, Jeremy holds responsibility across multiple key functions including: Brand, Marketing, Communications, Digital Experience, Retail Store Network, Customer Research, Product & Pricing Management. Jeremy is an experienced senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in business strategy, growth marketing and customer experience positions. In his career Jeremy has worked with some of Australia’s largest and most reputable brands including Coates Hire, where Jeremy held the position of General Manager Marketing for over 10 years. Jeremy holds a Marketing and Economics Bachelor degree, graduating with honours from the University of New South Wales. Jeremy is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute and Harvard Business School.

Vee Tan 

VEE TAN

HEAD OF LEGAL – AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND AND ASIA PACIFIC AVIATION

Vee Tan joined Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres in April 2020. She oversees all legal and company secretarial matters in Australia and New Zealand, as well as within the Asia Pacific Aviation team. Vee has responsibility for the legal function across various business channels and functional partners, including wholesale, retail, fleet, aviation, supply chain, finance, HR, and marketing. Additionally, Vee has particular expertise in dispute resolution, contract law, and regulatory compliance. Vee also brings expansive international experience from her work across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, in a range of industries including automotive, retail, agricultural, FMCG, food and beverage, packaging, government, and professional advisory sectors. Vee holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) & Commerce (Dean’s List) from The University of Melbourne. She is committed to championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is passionate about mentoring, literacy, and mental health causes.

ANDREA COLLINS

HR DIRECTOR ANZ

Andrea oversees the People function for the Australia & New Zealand markets across all channels as the HR Director. This includes Business Partnering, Environment, Health and Safety, Talent Management, Recruitment, HR Operations and Compensation and Benefits. Andrea brings extensive human resources experience from multinational businesses across the retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and agribusiness sectors. She holds a Grad Diploma in HR/IR from RMIT University.
